Nominations/Governance, Strategy, and Development Committees.

Building on over 25 years of experience in operational, consulting and executive roles across the UK, USA, and Canada, Sona has demonstrated a consistent ability to deliver impactful results.

In her most recent 6-year position role as Partner and COO of a Canada-wide insolvency firm, Sona built and led high performing sales, marketing and HR teams from the ground up, tripled sales, led the successful integration of a joint
venture, and negotiated several strategic acquisitions. Sona’s leadership was also instrumental in catalyzing operational
transformation, characterized by the optimization of back office processes and organizational restructuring.
