Giles is the Managing Director of Pusateri International (USA) and Pusateri Canada, a globally known boutique consulting firm who are revenue partners to financial services firms. Giles has led financial companies in Canada, USA and UK through a surprisingly simple, deceptively difficult process of identifying their differentiation and real value in a crowded marketplace. Clients include: Fidelity, Manulife, SunLife, Dynamic Funds, BMO Global Asset Management in Canada; BlackRock, BoA Merrill Lynch, Lincoln Financial in USA; and Invesco Perpetual in the UK. Pusateri Consulting’s clients have reported more than $100 million in revenue improvements as a result of engagements Giles has led.

Giles is a pricing expert within North American wealth services. He has published three white papers on pricing integrity, and speaks at industry conferences.

Giles is a co-architect of pricing policies at various Canadian and US brokerages, private banks and commercial banks. Giles will be a key leader and team member in organising and overseeing specialised training sessions for EQRAZ’s mortgage brokers, amongst other oversight responsibilities he will hold on the advisory board.

Giles began in financial services in 1995 with Zephyr Management, as part of a New York- and Johannesburg-based private equity manager. He was the research assistant to Barbara Rockefeller on two books on global trading and currency markets.
Giles has a B.A with a double major in History and German Studies from Yale University (1993), after which he interned at the German Parliament and studied political science at the University of Bonn, Germany, (1993-1994).
