Youssef Azad started his career in 1996 in Procurement & Logistics management, he has worked in different industries including Manufacturing, Aerospace and Higher Education where he is still serving as a Business Solution Manager for the last 13 years at McGill University in Montreal.

In 2012, Youssef was initiated to the mortgage industry and the mortgage financing industry as a loan processor with a mortgage structuring company in Quebec and Ontario where he worked part time till 2014 and decided to get registered with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) in Ontario and with the Authorité Des Marchés Financier (AMF) in Quebec as a Licensed Mortgage Agent and got affiliated with Dominion Lending Centers – Forest City Funding to start offering his services in both provinces. Youssef is also a licensed mortgage agent in British Columbia.

Since he started, Youssef helped hundreds of families with their financing needs and as of 2022, Dominion Lending Centres has recognized him for his lifetime achievement in mortgage origination. With his record success, Youssef received one of the highest awards in the company, the Elite Hall of Fame award.
